Data Load using Excel

Hi Planning Gurus,

Can we load data in planning using spreadsheet Add-in if we create proper structure or not. what are the steps to laod data using spreadsheet Add-in-

can we also push dimension in essbase through spreadsheet addin using lock and send feature?

what the precaution should we take for proper dataload?

i am using 9.3.1 with SQL 2000 on server 2000.
