Data labels in line-bar graphs for only one axis

I have a line-bar graph and need to only show data labels for the line axis. Is this possible to do in OBIEE 11g? If not does anyone have a good workaround? Is this something that can be customized?

I have several reporting requirements to show bar graphs with separate metrics that are percentages overlayed with it. I need to figure out the best way to handle this.
