Data insert into table from developer report 6i through srw.do_sql

Dear Friends

I am working on developer report 6i. I created a tabular report. There are different columns in report. I want to insert two columns into table through srw.do_sql after report. Actually i did but data is not being inserted.

report columns name : item_code and CF_tot_amt

table fields name : item_code and cost

Please help. I will be thankful.
