data guard: created file using standby_file_management=manual

Hi Experts

My Db version !0.2.0.4 3 node cluster database configured using physical standby with DATA GUARD.

currently my primary and standby standby_file_managemnt=manual.

some on call people created a datafile on primary db on standby datafile got created in oracle_home/dbs/unknownname

now MRP is not running on standby and am seeing in alertlogfile error

error in alert logfile:
name of datafile 11 is unknow and rename to correct file.
datafile 11 /op/oracle/produnct/db/10.20.4/dbs/unknowname'
cannot identify /lock datafile --

MRP0: backuground media receovery process shutdown

Please help how to fix this issue.
