Oracle 12c Data Guard environment,

SQL> archive log list

Database log mode Archive Mode

Automatic archival Enabled

Archive destination /u01/app/arc/ppst1

Oldest online log sequence 0

Next log sequence to archive 0

Current log sequence 0

SQL>

why all are zero in all standbys? till11G we can see value for oldest sequence & next log sequence ? Is there any specific condition ?
