Data Dictionary Tool

Hi,

I am currently looking for a Best Data Dictionary tool for Oracle Database. We are in the Requirements phase and we need to document a lot for our DB Columns in several categories such as Name, Comment, XML Type,Source, Destination, External system Mappings etc.

Can you some one suggest a best tool for maintaining Data Dictionary.
