Data Conversion

Hi,

I have my company data in Foxpro. I need to convert/migrate the same to oracle 9i. Can any one tell me the difference between conversion and migration?

My requirement is to put the foxpro data into flat files and write PL/SQL code to load the same to Oracle 9i database.

Can i get any PL/SQL code and related documents to do this (both puttting the foxpro data to flat file and importing the same to oracle)?
