On an Oracle DB as a service, where is not possible to check the SQLNET.ORA there is another option to verify that the connection between the clients and server is being encrypted, without using a connection dump software (E.g. Wireshark)?
If it is possible, can the encryption protocol be queried from within the DB instance?
