Dashboard prompt not working

I am experiencing a strange problem in our development environment as the dashboard prompts have stopped working.Although the same rpd and webcat are working fine in other environments.Even in samplesales rpd & webcat (the default code-objects that comes with default installation) the dashboard prompts are not working.Clueless why this is happening.Grateful, if you please share your thoughts.
NB:- I am on 10.1.3.4.1
