Dashboard Prompt Delays

Hi,

I have designed a report with 5 dashboard prompts. When I want to input value into these prompts, there is a delay, when I first click the mouse pointer in the edit box, I am not able to type anything, but I wait a few seconds and then do it, it works. I am sure the users will complain about this. Is there any way to fix this? Thanks in advance.
