DAC Task Status hanging as 'Running'

We are installing DAC 7.9.5.1 w/ INFA 8.1.1 SP5 for Inventory Analytics (EBS 11.5.10).
The DAC is hanging after an Informatica workflow completes – meaning the INFA session successfully completes, but the DAC is not registering that, and is stuck as ‘Running’ on a set of tasks (up to 10+ hrs before I abort). This set of tasks can vary, and if I restart the DAC everything restarts fine, and it will plug along to a new set of tasks. If I manually restart the DAC 3 or 4 times I can get all the way through, and the Execution Plan completes successfully.
If I do a DAC dryrun, then all the analyze and index creation statements are successfully completed.
There seems to be plenty of table_space for Index / Data. Temp space is set at 1GB currently, not sure if that's enough? It's a Virtual Machine with 1CPU & 4GB RAM, running INFA Server/Client & DAC Server/Client only.
Has anyone encountered this issue?
