DAC Execution plan Building hangs and does not complete

Hello Experts!

We have installed the DAC 10.1.3.4.1 version and performed initial setup activities. DAC client is able to communicate with the server and Informatica (We are able to unit test some informatica workflows). But the main problem is with defining an execution plan. We defined some tasks, subject area for these tasks and created an execution plan. When We are trying to build the execurtion plan (we are selecting the option 'Generate All Dependencies'), it says 'Building... Please wait '. We have to abort the client for stopping this and when we relogin the client, ordered tasks and all dependencies are populated correctly. But execution plan will not run since it has not been built properly. Can you please suggest what may be the issue behind this?
Previously we were using DAC 7.8.2 version and never faced this kind of problem in creating an execution plan.
