DAC Client Problem

Hello All,

I'm trying to install the DAC client on my computer (from the Oracle BI 7.9.3 installation). So what I did is, I copied the DAC folder to my computer and adjusted the config.bat file.
The DAC starts and allows me to create a connection. But when I want to connect using the connection I just made I get following error:
c:\ORACLE\product\10.2.0\client_1\BIN\ocijdbc.dll: The specified procedure could not be found.

The dll the error mentions does exists at that location.
I am using a computer that is running on windows 2000 (perhaps this version of DAC is incompatible with this OS?)

Does anyone know how to solve this?
