Dac and OBIE 10.1.3.3

We recently upgraded the analytics platform from siebel 7.8.5 to obiee 10.1.3.3 . As mentioned dac is a part of OBIEE installer and no longer a seperate installer now. However, i am unable to find the DAC service , which we would need to refresh for the OLTP data. Can someone guide me to were this is. Also the dac client or do they have to be seperately installed.
