D3 Collapsible Tree Chart: Uncaught ReferenceError: com_oracle_apex_d3_tree_start is not defined

Hi,

I have created a "D3 Collapsible Tree Chart". The tree is not drawn successfully and it is giving some error like:

Uncaught ReferenceError: com_oracle_apex_d3_tree_start is not defined at f:384 at HTMLDocument.<anonymous> (f:384) at j (jquery-2.1.3.min.js:2) at Object.fireWith [as resolveWith] (jquery-2.1.3.min.js:2) at Function.ready (jquery-2.1.3.min.js:2) at HTMLDocument.I (jquery-2.1.3.min.js:2)

Please help me resolving this issue.
