D3 Bubble chart initially garbled

Hi,

I have a D3 Bubble chart on a page, but when page is first shown the chart content is garbled, all content of a chart is in upper left corner.

But when I resize the browser window the chart appears correctly.

How can I refresh chart on load so that is looks correct?

Using APEX 5.1.3 on Oracle XE11, tested on Chrome, FF, IE.
