Cyberflex Access 64K V2 (GemAlto) card, don't know my mac_key or enc_key

I am using the Cyberflex Access 64K V2 (GemAlto) card and I don't know whar are my mac_key, enc_key. Is there any possiblity that these keys are not set because when I run troublshooting by using activClient it give slot SKI - 2 keys are not initialized. Also not sure if its blocked the secure channel. I tried all the different combination and unable to open secure channel and list all applets.
For example on GPShell-1.4.4>
