Customizing the Task Notification

Hi Experts,

Below is my requirement

  1. I have to make notification actionable. for that i checked the check box "Make Notification actionable" in the task.But it is not working. If some can guide me on the step by step configuration for this part only.
  2. I need to customize (format the body content) the default mail which is send out when notification is send when task is assigned.
