Customizing the button position in a region

Hi,
I am working with APEX 20.1.
When creating buttons, buttons are positioned according to a set of template position.
How to position a button just on the left side or on the right side of a field.

How to position the "Reset" of "Delete Employee" button exactly at the right side of the "Name" field?
