Customizing oem dashboard

I have installed and configured OEM 10g Grid Control, all work fine. I have created a Group which shows all production hosts, databases and listeners etc, and use the dashboard.
However my managers will like to see the dashboard displayed or sorted by the type (i.e. hosts at the top, followed by database etc).
Does anyone know how to customize the dashboard, so that it can be made to sort by target type. Also the dashboard displays in
