customizing localhost string in DAD

Hi ,

Is there any way to change http://myserver/pls/htmldb path to ..

http://www.mysite.com/myapp then actually what setting in DAD need to modify.

So i want to customize the url string .
Is it also required to modify underlying database tnsnames.ora.
