Customizing day of Oracle Apex 5 Calendar

Hi Expert,

I am using Oracle Apex 5.

I have a requirement where I need to customize Apex Calendar.

I need to add some customized message along with date depending on the date. This should happen for all the dates even if there is no event on that day.

For example if its 13th of Jan 2017 month then it should show 13(10th Business day). This should happen for all the dates.
