Customize "X" button on dialog popup

Hi Guys,

Happy new year :)

Need your help on this : I want to customize the “X” button on dialog popup.

I want to play on the size (height and width) and also on background color.

I tried with this on the inline CSS of the page but it does not did the trick :(((

Thank you again for your help

I got last version of Apex (24) and using Universal Theme.
