Customize the workflow notification message (email body) based on workflow status

Hi there,
One of our user would like to customize the workflow notification message like below:
Current Behavior:
Requirement:
Question:
I would like to know how to display some portion of email body based IF-ELSE condition (status) in the translation message (above mentioned). Your suggestion would be much helpful.
