Customer wants to capture/get user information,source IP etc whenever anyone downloading(Using GET_F

Hi,

There is a requirement, customer wants to capture/get user information,source IP etc whenever anyone downloading(Using GET_FILE idcservice) a file from WCC.

Can we use filter here ? if yes please let me know the suitable filter name.
