Has anyone else encountered this ?
Actually error message is
The database user for the connection pool named |default|lo|, is not able to proxy to the schema named APEX_PUBLIC_ROUTER. This could be a configured restriction on the maximum number of database sessions or an authorization failure.
The “Solution” according to Oracle is “_if you are using Oracle Database 23ai, please postpone APEX 24.1 upgrade until the below bug fix is deployed._”
But I did not upgrade to APEX 24.1 - Oracle did.
Wish Oracle would read their own docs before upgrading.
I am trying to get a simple APEX app up and running for ~3 months, and have hit bugs in APEX, ORDS, Load Balancer - it just seems endless.
Happy to hear from anyone with any possible workarounds - o/w I need to downgrade to 19c and start again.
