We have created a Party, Party Site, Party Site Use, HZ Cust Account, HZ Cust Account Site, HZ Cust Account Site Use, Party Relationships and HZ Location using the Customer Import FBDI Template. Along with the above details We are also giving the Contact Points at Party level.
We need clarification on the below two points
1. Can we upload the Contact Points at Party Level using the Customer Import FBDI in Fusion Application, If yes why are we not able to see the Contact Points at Party Level in the Fusion Application UI. What is the standard functionality in Oracle Fusion for Contact Points, Can it be loaded at Party level and reviewed from Fusion application UI at Party level.
2. If we upload multiple contact points at Party level using the Customer Import FBDI, when we are trying to search in the Fusion Application UI, we are able to see One Contact Point at Account Level but not at Party level and we are not able to see the Other contact points in the Fusion Application UI. However we are able to see the multiple contact points at party level from backend.
