In the Customer Cloud Service 25.4 Unified Search, it would be helpful if users did not have to click the magnifying glass and explicitly select what they are searching for. Entering a value and pressing Search should directly return account results, since this is the most common use case. Of course it does this for A/c Id and Name only.
Additionally, the search sometimes returns only 20 records. It would be better to have an option or enhancement to return more results or remove this limitation.
