Custom webservice in Oracle R11.5

Hi,

I am trying to publish custom web services in Oracle instance 11.5. In Oracle R12, we have ISG where we can deploy web services, but since it is not available in Oracle 11.5, is there any alternative way to deploy custom web services.

I have seen the Oracle document:

Deploying to 10g (9.0.4) iAS Application Server from JDeveloper 9.0.4 (Doc ID 361673.1)

Is this the only way or do we have an alternative?
