Custom Splash Screen/Loading Screen

Helo Every body i want to use spalsh screen or loading screen

how can i use splash scrreen instead of loading icon of jdeveloper above is the loading icons of jdevloper

but i want to use animation like this

can u plz help me to solve this issue

any Type of help would be appriciated
