I have configured the SLA by setting up the Mapping Set, Account Rules, and JLR for the Event Class “Invoices” and Event Type “Invoice Cancellation,” along with JERS. These components have been assigned to my Accounting Method, which is linked to the Ledger.
However, it seems there may be a system issue, as the account is not being derived according to the SLA configuration.
Any Solutions to above mentioned issue
