Custom Role creation which will give full access to only Contacts and Opportunities

Hello,

looking for some advice on in how many ways we can achieve the below requirement-

a user should be able to have full access to Opportunities and Contacts only in Oracle Sales Cloud.

Rest of the screens and functionality to be hided or to be removed.
