custom report in ucm

Hello,
We have 11g and we want to export some data to excel.
Before that, I am not sure how to generate a report in the ucm alone-
I have seen this documentation

I want to generate a custom report for a specific user's use,
and i want to display in it some meta data fields...
How can i create this custom report,
and afterwards- how to export it to excel?
