Custom Notifications stop working in 12c

Hi,

since our 12c upgrade our custom notification stopped working.

In a postProcess handler we trigger a a notification via the Java API NotificationService.

The correct NotificationResolver gets called but the params are emtpy.

If we deploy the same on 11g the params are passed.

The NotificationEvent.xml are the same on both envioronments.

Any hint of what we possibly could be doing wrong?
