custom messages

Hi,

Please help me about capturing message with custom message.

I am trying to do update the records in oracle forms 6i and its working fine like its showing at the below form with FRM:40400 Transaction completed and 2 records saved..

But I want a custom message or note like "Are you sure you want to update and save the records" if they press yes then it has to show "Transaction completed and % records saved."

Please help me out to write a code for these messages.
