– why is [Primary] Database Tier in a public network ( and oddly Secondary db in private network )
– why are both Load Balancer and ORDS in public network ?
– where is certificate installed ?

– where is ORDS running ?
I am obviously ignorant of many things - but Oracle seem to be witholding vital information too.
NB doc does not mention certificates (for custom managed ORDS) so I am forced to speculate.
