Custom header and help text for javascript:popup

Hello All,

I would like to have a popup window opened with a custom help text when a button is pressed. I would like if it works as for Oracle Express help for fields - java script popup (javascript:popupFieldHelp('131149909245','498868128869850','Close')

I guess the first number ('131149909245') is for header, the second number ('498868128869850') is for the help text its self. How can I provide my own header and help text so I can then refer in the same way (javascript:popupFieldHelp('my_#_for_header','my_#_for_text','Close')?

Or, does anybody have a different solution/approach for help popups?
