Custom grand totals in Pivot table

I need multiple totals for each columns instead of Grand Total for pivot layout (working on 10g). For example, if I show a column in layout with values greater than 100, in total section I need totals for *> 100*, *< 100* and Grand total (which would be sum of both).

Any ideas on how this can be achieved would be greatly appreciated.
