Custom Control to be written in PHP utilizing the Intelligent advisor attribute values

We have a requirement to write the Custom Control in PHP to be placed inside B2C , which would be utilizing the attribute values collected in the interview and will be used to display the HTML content defined in the CC in the interview screen. How do we pass the interview data to the controller?
