Custom Cell Styles not Saving in Windows 10

Hello,

I'm using Oracle Smart View for Office Version 11.1.2.5.800 (Build 205) and Microsoft Excel Version 16.0.10730.20348 on Windows 10

I want to save my custom cell style settings but it reverts to the default cell styles settings when I close Excel and re-open. Does anybody know how to save my custom cell styles?
