Custom BPM Launcher

Looking for a way to create a custom launch point for BPM applications. Currently, BPM applications are launched within our WebCenter environment and routings are managed via the worklist portlets and Webcenter Workspace area circled below.

BPM applications are sorted by BPM application name, not process name and it would be nice to have a separate page with clickable icons to initiate BPM applications.
