Is it possible to specify the date that an absence accrual occurs?
I have an absence plan set up that is based on the employees' anniversary date. If the anniversary date falls in the middle of the pay period and the accrual runs, the accrual value is granted on the pay period end date.
So if an employee has an anniversary date of 4/9 and the pay period goes from 4/1 to 4/14, when the accrual runs the balance accrues with an effective date of 4/14, is there anyway to specify that the accrual calculation should be effective dated on 4/9 instead? With a fast formula?
