Analytics Software

This question seems to have been asked before, but I'm trying again as there seems to be no definitive answer yet. I have caching turned on for all the tables in the repository and purge the BI cache every night as the data warehouse is reloaded nightly. This works fine mostly, however there are often instances where data is not updated on the dashboard (particularly a page prompt) due, I believe, to there being the same request in the cursor cache. If I "close all cursors" the correct data appears. Is there any simple way of clearing this cache down at the same time as the BI cache? Is it easier just to bounce the service?
