Cursor positioning in code templates is broken in 23.1 ?

Nikolay TretyachenkoJun 7 2023 — edited Jun 7 2023

When i use code templates with parameters, the cursor is not positioned within the parameter, if i use Ctrl+Space to expand the template. It used to work, but 1-2 versions ago it stopped working, the cursor is just positioned at the end of the expanded template. I tried to check/uncheck “Autoreplace” but it didn't help.

After pressing Ctrl+Space, the code appears right in place, but the cursor is at the end

Update: I have just found that if i select the template from pop-up, the cursor is positioned correctly. But it is not convenient, especially when you fast typing you need to stop to wait for pop-up, then press an arrow key. If by some mistake i dismiss the pop-up, i will not get it again, i have to retype the template abbreviation
