Cursor in When-TIMER-EXPIRED Trigger

Dear Friends

I am using Forms 11g release 1. When timer expired trigger is fired my cursor style is changes to
Busy. I tried to code SET_APPLICATION_PROPERTY(CURSOR_STYLE,'ARROW') but it still not
working for me. How can I change cursor_style to arrow when_timer_expired trigger is fired?
