Hello Oracle Community,
I'm encountering an issue after upgrading Oracle Forms from 12c to 14c (version 14.1.2). Previously, in the login form, the cursor would automatically focus on the username field upon application start, allowing users to begin typing immediately. However, post-upgrade, it appears that the cursor is focused outside of the application, looks like in Windows taskbar, even though no changes were made.
Environment Details:
- Oracle Forms Version: Upgraded from 12c to 14c (14.1.2)
- Server OS: Windows Server 2022
- Client OS: Windows 11
- Java Version: Initially used version 1.8.0_451 and upgraded to version 21.0.9.10.1
- Application Launch Method: frmsal.jar
The go_item still points correctly to the username field. Verified no recent code changes affecting item focus. Has anyone experienced similar issues or have any insights into resolving this focus problem? Any advice or suggestions would be greatly appreciated.
