Current Stable Version of Oracle APEX – Patch vs Major

Hello Oracle Community,

I want to clarify the current stable version of Oracle APEX.

  1. Is 23.2 still considered stable, or should I move directly to 24.2.14 (latest patched version)?
  2. What are the main benefits of upgrading from 23.2 to 24.2.14 in terms of:
    • UI / Theme
    • Features
    • Bug fixes
    • Security
    • Performance

Any official guidance or recommended approach would be very helpful.
