Current oracle instance name for a particular database

Hi All,

I would like to know the instance name of the oracle database of a particular database only.(Secondary objective)

here i have the name of the database eg XXXXX. now i need to track the corresponding oracle instance of XXXXX database .

Also kindly mention if this is possible or not, If tracking of the oracle instance is done based upon the database name, then is it possible to fetch the database name with given oracle instance (reverse process) ? ie if i mentioned the oracle instance name then corresponding oracle database name should be retrieved.(Primary objective)
