CURRENT_LOOK_IS_1 condition type present when upgrading 4.0.1 app to 5.0.1

I upgraded a APEX app from 4.0.1 to 5.0.1

The condition type on the Logout Navigation Bar entry on both versions of the application is set to CURRENT_LOOK_IS_1

The below bug was fixed for 4.0.2

10093980 Navigation bar logout entry created with condition type CURRENT_LOOK_IS_1

I would have thought the upgrade would have changed this condition to always - or similar
