Current Fiscal Period to be Default in Parameter

I am new to OBiee and created report which should run from EBS Suite. Issue is I want to automatically default current Fiscal Period in Parameter.
Using below query to populate Current Fiscal Period in RPD amd accessing the Variable in Dashboard Prompt. Still report is not displaying Please let me know how to do that.
